Syngenta Canada introduces Victrato Complete, a novel fungicide and nematicide seed treatment for soybeans

Guelph, Ontario, Canada

  • Most complete soybean seed treatment with five active ingredients targeting nematodes and key soil-borne fungal diseases
  • Introduces TYMIRIUM® technology – a novel fungicide/nematicide active ingredient
  • Superior protection helps improve soybean yield and quality

Syngenta Canada Inc. is pleased to announce Victrato® Complete, a new soybean seed treatment offering the highest level of protection from fungal pathogens and soybean cyst nematodes in the root zone to help improve soybean yield and quality.

Victrato Complete is the only nematicide and fungicide soybean seed treatment with five active ingredients to defend your soybeans against yield-robbing below-ground pests and provides systemic activity for above-ground disease protection.

“Victrato Complete is the latest breakthrough in seed treatment from Syngenta, with five powerful modes of action to defend eastern Canadian soybean yields and plant health during crop establishment when young plants are most vulnerable,” says Justin Bouvier, product lead for Seedcare with Syngenta Canada. “Victrato Complete builds on the progressive evolution of soybean seed treatment from Syngenta and the Canadian Seedcare Institute, giving farmers confidence they’re choosing the most complete seed treatment on the market.”

Victrato Complete includes the novel active ingredient TYMIRIUM® technology plus the Rooting Power® of Vibrance®. It protects against major below-ground soybean diseases that challenge yield, including Pythium, Fusarium, Phytophthora, soybean cyst nematode, and sudden death syndrome.

In-field results prove that Victrato Complete will be known as the trusted industry-leader dedicated to increasing soybean yield and quality. In Syngenta Research Authorizations and research trials conducted in Eastern Canada, Victrato 2 powered by TYMIRIUM® technology, outperformed the base treatment with an average yield advantage of 2.4 bu/ac.1

“Victrato Complete puts farmers in the driver’s seat – pushing yield by enabling ideal crop establishment and maximizing plant health to protect yield capacity thanks to the early- to mid-season disease protection this new seed treatment delivers,” says Bouvier.

Victrato Complete will be available in totes early in 2026 as a co-pack of 21.8 L of Victrato 2 with TYMIRIUM® technology and 56.78 L of Vayantis IV RFC, treating approximately 2,058 units of beans.
